Indoor Rowing
Introduction to Indoor Rowing is offered Saturdays and Sundays in December, January, & February. Each session is a series of 3 or 4 free 1-hour classes will teach you the mechanics of the rowing stroke, power application, and how to interpret performance data on the Concept2 RowErg. Class size is limited. Lessons are sequential; we suggest that you attend all listed dates for the session for which you register. Upon completion of your session, you will be eligible to advance to Erg Conditioning classes.

Prerequisite: None - no previous rowing experience required

Erg Conditioning is offered Wednesdays in January, February, and March. This monthly class builds on skills from Intro to Indoor Rowing and is also perfect for the masters athlete returning to the sport after some time away. Concept2 RowErgs are used to progressively build fitness and power in the rowing stroke.

Cost: $50/month (scholarships available)
Prerequisite: Introduction to Indoor Rowing or prior on-water rowing experience.
